How it works

Every ranking is calculated from games scored in Flex Scorebook. Nothing is self-reported, and no number is entered by hand. Rates are adjusted for how much a player has played. A girl with three at bats is pulled toward the league average; a girl with eighty is not. That is why a hot start does not top the board. Everyone over the minimum is ranked — the field size is shown with every rank.
