Flex Scorebook Subscription Terms

Effective Date: 5 August 2026 Service: Flex Scorebook Operator: Fastpitch Authority Contact: support@fastpitchauthority.com These Subscription Terms govern paid plans on Flex Scorebook and are incorporated into the Flex Scorebook Terms of Service. If these Subscription Terms and the Terms of Service conflict regarding a billing matter, these Subscription Terms control. ## AUTOMATIC RENEWAL NOTICE Paid plans are billed ANNUALLY IN ADVANCE and RENEW AUTOMATICALLY each year at the then-current rate until you cancel. Your payment method will be charged on each annual renewal date without further action by you. Flex Plus: $49.99 per year (auto-renews annually) FPA + Flex Bundle: $89.99 per year (auto-renews annually) We will send a notice to your account's email address approximately 30 days before each annual renewal. You may cancel at any time-including immediately after purchase-via your online account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. ## 1. What a Subscription Covers The free plan remains free. A paid plan unlocks additional features for the purchasing account: Flex Plus: Adds batting averages, rate statistics, the complete rankings board (including athlete names), weekly ranking movement, and the shareable player card. FPA + Flex Bundle: Includes all Flex Plus features along with paid Fastpitch Authority features in a single plan (a combined standalone value of $119.98 per year). Subscriptions are scoped to the purchasing account and cover all athletes linked to that account as a parent or legal guardian (subject to any account athlete limits). Subscriptions are not sold per athlete, and no additional fee is required for additional athletes within the same household. A subscription does not transfer ownership of any athlete's personal information or grant authority to override privacy, consent, or data deletion requests made by an athlete, parent, or legal guardian. ## 2. Prices and Currency All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated and added at checkout where required. The checkout price applies to your initial term. If price changes occur, the updated rate applies only upon your next renewal following advance notice as required by law. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel prior to the renewal date. ## 3. Payment Processing Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not receive or store full payment card details. By subscribing, you authorize Fastpitch Authority and its payment processor to charge your stored payment method for the recurring subscription fee and applicable taxes on each renewal date until cancellation. You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information. ## 4. Billing Period and Non-Proration Subscriptions are billed exclusively on an annual basis; monthly billing is not offered. Plan changes take effect immediately without proration or partial credits/charges for unused days in a billing cycle. ## 5. Cancellation You can cancel your subscription at any time through your self-service account settings portal without needing to contact customer support. Paid features remain active through the end of your current paid term. At the term's end, the account automatically reverts to the free plan. Cancellation does not delete your data; scorekeeping, rosters, team pages, and game records remain saved on the free plan. Data retention and deletion are governed by our Privacy Policy. ## 6. Refunds - All Sales Final ALL SUBSCRIPTION PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes partial terms, unused periods, periods during which the account was not used, accounts cancelled before the end of a term, and duplicate or unintended purchases. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not refund the term you have already paid for. This does not limit any refund right that cannot be waived under mandatory consumer-protection or automatic-renewal law. Payment Failure & Grace Period If a renewal payment fails, you will receive an email notification and re-billing attempts will occur. The subscription enters a grace state, temporarily maintaining paid access. If payment is not resolved within 60 days, the subscription will be canceled and the account will revert to the free plan. ## 8. Free Plan The free plan is not a trial, does not expire, requires no payment details, and never automatically converts to a paid subscription. We do not offer free trials for paid plans. ## 9. Promotions We may offer promotional pricing, launch pricing, discount codes or introductory rates from time to time, at our discretion. The terms and duration of any promotion will be stated at the time it is offered. A promotion applies only to the subscription it is purchased with. It does not alter an existing active subscription mid-term, and it does not carry over to a renewal unless the promotion expressly says so. Where a promotional rate applies only to a first term, we will tell you the renewal price before you buy and again before the renewal. Promotions may be limited in number or time and may be withdrawn at any point. ## 10. Standalone Events Prospect Day event registrations are one-time purchases hosted on Fastpitch Authority. They are not subscriptions, do not auto-renew, grant no subscription features, and do not impact athlete rankings. Event purchases and refunds are governed strictly by the Event Terms. ## 11. Account Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a subscription in accordance with our Terms of Service. Termination does not create a right to a refund of any portion of a term already paid, except where a refund is required by law. ## 12. Updates to Terms We may modify these Subscription Terms at any time. Material changes affecting pricing, automatic renewals, or cancellation rights will be communicated prior to implementation and, where required by law, will take effect upon your acceptance. ## 13.
